I wear a pedometer six days a week to achieve the 10,000 recommended steps. This pedometer is wonderful. I am replacing an old one (same make and model) which I have had for five years. The old one still works - I replaced a battery about a year ago. I decided to buy another one to have a spare. It is enough improved that I am wearing it daily. This one has a better clasp on the end of the attached cord to keep the pedometer from falling if it slips off my waist. It is simple to use and easy to read. I love it.

This simple device moves me morning, noon and night—so simple just clip on and your on your way to 10,000 steps a day. I have been doing this for a year now and feel I am in the best shape of my life—I just turned 67 and and most days hit 10,000 steps or more. Also I use them as gifts -there is no set up just clip on and walk. Great for the electronically challanged.-2000 steps = about 1 mile so I am walking about 5 miles a day-I clip it on every morning and as I said “It moves me.”

Counts your steps pretty accurately, but its up to you to walk;) Good for the price, and the extra attachment so it doesn’t get lost is a plus. It saved me from loosing it a couple times.

I had an Omron pedometer before, but wanted to just count my steps, not all the other stuff, plus a longer lasting battery, so I thought I’d try this pedometer, which is well-reviewed. Seems to count steps fine, but the pendulum rattles. I don’t see any other comments about that in the reviews, which is surprising to me, because when I called Accusplit about it, they told me that, yes, the pendulum in the AE120XL does rattle. Hmmmm…. Not acceptable to me. Sending it back.
