The Panasonic EW3152W has no Cuff to Wrap¿Just Insert Your Arm. Elbow support and adjustable angle assures correct and comfortable use.Body movement detector eliminates inaccurate readings. This device is by far the best blood pressure monitor I have ever used. My wife must monitor her blood pressure 3x daily, and this monitor makes the testing child’s play. As a matter of fact, I bought a second one just in case the first ever fails.

So nice not to have to wrap the velcro band around my arm to take my BP. This machine is compact and accurate. You do have to have some space for your arm on the other side of the spot where you insert your arm. All in all, I’m pleased with it.
